Richard started his appraisal career in 1977 in Florida. He has been active in the Western North Carolina real estate market since his professional research of the area began in 1992. His work experience since 1977 has been real property valuation only. The work ranges from simple residential real estate valuations to complex Litigation/Tax type valuations including Condemnation, Partial Interest, and/or Conservation Easement valuations.

Jackson graduated from Clemson University in 2013 and joined NCAC in 2019. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. In addition to appraising residential lots and single family residences, Jackson also excels in appraisals for new construction, condos and townhomes and single and multifamily rental properties.
